Brownsboro Texas

Brownsboro Established in 1849 in Henderson County, Brownsboro, Texas, began as a settlement around a toll bridge operated by John "Red" Brown on the road to Tyler. Known as the oldest documented town in Henderson County, it was originally a pioneer hub that later shifted toward the St. Louis Southwestern Railway in 1880. Today, it is a growing community located along Highway 31, with a 2020 population of 1,212.
